The Mangan family want to say a big thank you to all at Kentstown Montessori School for all the wonderful years our children have spent in your school. Michael and I were always so happy that we could send our prrecious pride and joys into your care.
You have all shown such kind, caring and loving attitudes towards James, Laura and Sarah at all times. The early years are so precious and important, you have helped give our children the very best possible start in their journey to learning and developing.
Caroline you must be so proud that through all your patience and guidence, my children, have learned about caring, sharing, fun, friendships, playing, creating, learning, discovery, health, the world, their sense of being, expression, family, understanding to name but a few!

Hi Caroline.
I’ve no doubt over the number of years you have
been running your school you have heard every type of ‘thank you’ and ‘well
done’ and I am unlikely to be able to come up with anything more original but I
still wanted to write to you to say ‘Thank you’, not just for a fantastic
evening, in spite of the rain, yesterday but for everything you have done for
Méibh at the start of her life, the positive influence you have played in
forming her ideas and views of the world and preparing her for her journey to
‘big school’ and beyond.
Everyone’s child is important to them and Méibh is our
princess and each day we have watched in awe and with pride at her growth and
development as a result of attending your school. She is a happy, confident,
intelligent little girl and has made wonderful friends, perhaps life-long. We
love her stories about her day, the songs she has learned that she sings for us
and teaches to Bláithín and Séimí and her excitement and joy and appreciation
for learning and attending school. I have memories of attending playschool and
I know Méibh has a fantastic memory and expect that she will remember her times
with you all and they will be happy ones. I don’t know that she fully
appreciates that she won’t be seeing you again after summer camp, as her
excitement for attending big school is taking over so if she doesn’t seem to be
sad at leaving you, I know you will know that it is not because she doesn’t
care.
I cannot express how grateful myself and Phelim are for all the
experiences you have given Méibh, your commitment to what you do and your
attention to detail and love of each and every child you teach is a credit to
you and a wonderful thing to observe and be a part of. Last night was
wonderful, and to see all the children perform and be so happy and confident and
joyous was really a beautiful thing to see.
I extend this feeling to Packie and
all the teaching staff as well. You have wonderful staff and everyone of you is
so dedicated and committed, once again, in the absence of anything more original
to say to express what we feel, thank you. I am glad I still have two more to
go, as I think to say goodbye to you all finally is going to be a very sad
goodbye. (and see you next week at summer camp)
